Purchasing a home on LBI is not an easy task. Ensuring you truly know the opportunity…considerably more difficult. LBI’s current market trend requires guidance from someone who truly understands every block of the 18 mile long island. This goes way beyond showing you a property. They MUST have advanced knowledge of coastal landscapes, regulations, building and to advise on what actually adds value, and what does not. Shawn has this acumen. I cannot overstate the level of comfort he brought, guiding us through opportunities. In short, we trusted his recommendations and this is what enabled us to achieve a lifelong goal – beach house ownership on LBI.
