About Shawn

Shawn Davis started her sales career in 1998 where she dominated the telecommunications industry, winning countless sales awards and honors. She attributes her success to her ability to multitask, create solutions and understand the client's needs. With many connections in the Atlanta community, she decided to start her career with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016. With her charisma, work ethic, tenacity, and ability to relate to people, real estate was the perfect fit for Shawn.

Shawn grew up in Winter Park, Florida and attended Winter Park High School, where she excelled in sports, extracurricular activities, and student government roles. Upon graduation, she attended Florida State University where she was a member of Tri Delta Sorority. Shawn graduated in 1994 and moved to Atlanta in 1996, where she’s always been extremely involved in the community. She served as the Co-Chair for CHOA North Buckhead Friends Group in 2015. Shawn and her husband, Beau, live in the Chastain Park area with their two children.
