Since 1997, Shawn has dedicated his life to the real estate industry. He spent the
very beginning of his career as a mortgage loan officer then as a new home sales
consultant working for several nationwide and local custom home builders, which
has provided him with immense insight into the financing world and the
construction business.
Shawn has also earned his MBA so he understands the ins and outs of how to
