Shawn Guzman has been absolutely perfect for my needs. He came out to my farm and gave me an estimate to what I could possibly get if I decided to sell. So far, everything he has told me has proven to be exact. He communicates well and listens to my concerns and opinions. I couldn't ask for a better person to represent my expectations in this endeavor.

I needed to purchase a home for my Mum, and I had no desire to continue with the realtor that was selling her home (for various reasons). While browsing a website, I believe it was Zillow, I clicked a button that showed my interest in a particular house. Five minutes later I received a telephone call from Shawn Guzman. I voiced my concerns, needs and desires and he listened. He was patient, willing to answer and explain the most ignorant of questions, and he made himself available. He showed an interest in helping me to accomplish my goal within my budget and making certain that she, my Mum, would be in a safe environment. Needless to say she is very happy in her new home, and I am forever grateful for his help.

If you are looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of this market, you cannot go wrong with Shawn and his team. They are fantastic. When I started looking for a home after renting I went with a national lender. They had their own local realtor I had to deal with. I spent 4 months looking up listings to go see and trying to call them to set up appointments only to be told that most of the houses I had found were already under contract and I needed to find more. Finally when I was supposed to meet the realtor to see a home at 6pm (after a 45 minute drive) she texted me that she could not meet us. So I decided to call the seller of the house to see if they could meet us instead. A few minutes later, in walked Shawn Guzman. He showed us the house and asked questions about what we were looking for. He stated that he knew of a few houses that meet our needs and he would call us the next day. Shawn stayed in contact with me every day, showing us houses. Two weeks later we were putting an offer on a house.

And just recently when I moved again Shawn was the first person I thought of. With this crazy market, he was once again able to help me find a house in a timely manner. I am so very grateful for his help and knowledge.

Shawn and his wife Misty Helped us find our new home as well as answered all our questions.
They were very patient as we visited house after house in and around Huntsville, until we found that special house right for us.
Then they assisted us through the bidding process up until final closing.
After which they helped us sale our old home.
I would recommend Shawn and Misty for all your reality need's.
Both Shawn and his Wife Misty always showed Professionalism, Helpfulness as well as market insight and were always very responsive to any questions that came up.

Shawn Guzman has sold two homes for us, including our first home. He was extremely helpful when it came to talking us through the process and setting expectations. He helped us with tips on how to stage the home and took care of all of the details of negotiations. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell a home.
