Shawn was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. He was friendly, responsive, and trustworthy throughout our apartment search. He helped us arrange viewings promptly and met us at locations whenever possible. He was always honest and forthcoming with his observations, both positive and negative, in order to assist with our decision-making. He helped us find an apartment we love, and we would happily work with him again in the future.

Shawn helped us purchase our first home and we are so grateful to have worked with him during this process! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the neighborhood where we were looking, and he was very flexible with our schedule and timelines for purchase. We always felt that Shawn had our best interests in mind and was a true advocate for us. For example, he identified a potential construction/maintenance issue with one of the homes that we wanted to put an offer on. He did not raise the issue to persuade us one way or the other, but rather wanted to make sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We would have had no idea about this issue if Shawn had not helped us. He also helped us to navigate the mortgage process. We loved working with Shawn!

We never thought a real estate agent could be so professional and friendly at the same time! Shawn has been terrific in each step of the process, and we could not recommend him more highly!!
