Shawn Kriewaldt

Shawn is a full-time Broker Associate/Realtor® at Keller Williams Realty with 28 years of marketing and sales experience. Prior to that he graduated from the UW-Madison with a degree in Economics with Math emphasis. His real estate background includes residential homes and condominiums, lake homes, residential income (rental) property, recreational property and acreage, hobby farms, foreclosed properties, and investment (fix and sell) properties. Also, being active in buying and selling property for himself has allowed Shawn to develop a list of quality professionals that are available to help you during your transaction and beyond (a few examples are roofing, wet basements, radon, plumbing, etc.).

As your buyer representative, Shawn’s goal is to help you find the right home to purchase and to help you negotiate a great price.

As your listing agent, Shawn will work with you to develop a customized and focused technology-laden marketing plan designed to find a buyer within your timeframe.

Madison has been Shawn’s home for over 30 years, where he lives with his wife, Lynn Hahnfeld, and his two children, Tommy and Karlye.
