My name is Shawn, I am a Florida native who loves people and dancing! After earning my degree in Modern Dance, I went on to be a dance instructor and performer for the next 15 years. While I enjoy dancing, I also enjoy fashion and helping others, which lead me to my next career as a Visual Merchandising Manager for Macy's® for 10 years. In 2017 Jimmy and I decided it was time to make career changes. We took a leap of faith on a dream Jimmy had and never looked back! With inspiration from Macy's® on creating a standout brand, The Central Florida Home Boys was born. With a passion for helping others and the ability to strike up a conversation with almost anyone, I felt this career was finally letting me live with purpose, giving me more time to spend helping others and fostering new relationships, giving back to my community as a member of The Pride Chamber of Commerce of Orlando and President of LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and the ability to spend more quality time just enjoying life. My passion for dancing and having fun wherever I go, is how the "The Shimmy" emerged as our "signature dance", dancing my way through listing videos and Shimmy-ing at closing with customers! All of my life experiences have prepared me for my approach in real estate as a dedicated and hardworking agent that has a positive outlook and enjoys life!
