My husband and I were first time home buyers with no knowledge of the home purchasing process. We had the pleasure of working with Shawn Marie Freeman. She was kind, informative, efficient, and dedicated to helping us find our home. She answered our questions honestly and responded promptly to text, email, and phone calls. Shawn was accommodating to our crazy schedule (even though she lives an hour away). We looked at several properties (searched for 6 months through the winter, brr) there were many times we wanted to abandon the process. She encouraged us not to give up. Shawn remained focused, patient, and professional. When we finally found our home, she explained the legalities of the real estate transaction, assisted us through the contractual and closing details, arranged the necessary inspections (which she was present for), connected us with the appropriate resources, and kept us well informed though it all. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Shawn Marie Freeman. We would recommend her to anyone with real estate needs now or in the future. Working with Shawn was absolutely amazing. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Shawn kept us apprised about available houses and always let us know when a new one came on the market. She didn’t waste time showing us homes that didn’t meet our requirements. This is my second transaction with Ms Freeman. She appraised my property, marketed and found suitable buyers. She explained the process and was able to get a price beyond my expectations. When the buyer had issues she was able to restart the process and find an able buyer. Ms Freeman "knows real estate" .

It was so incredibly hard for me to find a realtor! Every time I found one they treated me like I was an after thought. When my finance and I came across Shawn we went from stressed to blessed because she was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Which was the total opposite from what we had experienced. Ms Shawn found us a better lender coached us as we were walking through homes on potential repairs and was l extremely pleasant to be around! Any question or concern we had was immediately answered and taken care of no matter how complicated we thought it was. Ever since I have found my home I tell everyone I can about her as I’m currently in my dream home thanks to her!

I worked with Shawn Marie Freeman very recently on the sale of my sister's home in PA. Shawn Marie brought the buyer. What a breath of fresh air she was to work with! She was very helpful and went above an beyond to ensure that her buyer's were represented properly. She was also very helpful to me, as I do not often do deals in PA. Aside from being very professional, she has a lovely and sincere personality. She was excellent!
