Shawn McDonough

Shawn has over 20 years of experience in real estate. He started in Lakeland in 2000 and opened S&D Real Estate Services with his wife in 2014. As the Broker-Owner of S&D Real Estate Services, he combines his industry knowledge with a passion for service. In addition to his real estate expertise, Shawn also owns McDonough Construction and holds a Contractor's License.

Besides his professional accomplishments, Shawn values his role as husband to Dee since 2006, a step-father to her three children and now a grandfather, or "Shooter", to four grandchildren. Faith and family are his top priorities, guiding his decisions. He is dedicated to wildlife conservation and preserving the natural world for future generations. Shawn enjoys many things in life but can most often be found spending time on the water, hunting, and spending time with his family and dogs.
