9/97 - 2/01 Vice President, Co-Owner, Fred Sands First Class Real Estate, Burbank, Ca. Co-managed, supervised, and was in charge of training for a 100+ agent office, while actively involved in sales. Sold to NRT/Coldwell Banker.
4/94 - 9/97 Vice President, Co-Owner, R.R. Gable Burbank, Burbank, Ca. Co-managed, supervised, and was in charge of training for a 40+ agent office. Actively involved in sales, much of it consisting of lender owned properties. Tracked properties from default through closing. Customer contact, vendor coordination, rent collections, marketing, and closing were among his responsibilities. Clients included Great Western Bank, World Savings, and PMI companies. Merged with Fred Sands.
4/99 - 4/04 Founder, Broker, Co-Owner, TNT Property Management Inc, Burbank, CA. In charge of sales, marketing, customer service, and overseeing day to day operations of firm specializing in residential and home owner association management. Sold to partner.

11/89 - 5/91 Salesperson, Leading Edge Real Estate, Burbank, CA. Awarded "Rookie of the Year".
*6/05- 11/07 After "burning the midnight oil", Shawn went on hiatus, relocated his young family to Prescott, AZ, obtained his AZ Broker's license in 2005, rode his bike, and went flying.

Shawn currently enjoys spending time with his two daughters (Jessica 14, Allison 12), coaching the Prescott High School Mountain Bike Team, studying Spanish, and flying. He is also a member of the Prescott Kiwanis, and has served on the following professional, and community committees: Grievance, Budget, Professional Standards, Prescott Mountain Bike Alliance board, Burbank Center for the Retarded Trustee, Big Brothers of L.A., and Pasadena Fire EMS Reserves.
