Shawn Pruner a local in the area for 17 years, has always had a passion for Real estate. After the last 3 years cutting his teeth in the community, networking and building an insurance business, it was seeing the excitement that came with buyers finding their dream homes, or homeowners looking to upgrade, that motivated him to dive into his long time passion. Since after finishing a strong 2nd year, Shawn has reached 3 million in sells consecutively.

Having lived everywhere from Edgewater, Palm Coast, and even Ocala, he has had the opportunity to get to know this area well! An area which he considers one of the best places to live in Florida hands down.

Another one of Shawn’s long time passions is also music. As a singer songwriter, he has had the opportunity to paly some amazing shows, as well as open for Creedence Clearwater, Blackberry Smoke, and others. Not to mention release a fully produced Album in which he wrote and co-produced.
