We were looking for our first home, and were pointed towards Shawn, after looking at a few different realtors we felt that she offered us really great experience at both answering our questions, and finding answers to questions if we were unsure about something. I don’t think we could have asked for a whole lot more.
We also were really grateful for all the contacts we were provided to help with the different various projects we have done, and are doing to the house we ended up with.
If you need someone who cares about your experience, and is willing to devote time to make sure you are satisfied. I can give my whole hearted recommendation.

Shawn is one of the best realtors there is, especially for new home buyers.

It took us almost three years to finally find the right home at the right price for our family. Shawn showed an incredible amount of patience and kindness during this search.

When we finally were ready to put down an offer, Shawn walked us through each of the steps that would follow should our offer be accepted. Even when we ran into negotiation issues with the seller, Shawn was there to be frank about our options but also encourage us in what positive outcomes were still a possibility.

We've lived in our home for two years and Shawn has been a significant resource for the do's and don'ts of home ownership. She's helped guide us in what improvements would give us the most bang for our buck in our 101yr old home. She's shared with us the joys as our home changes with the needs of our family.
