Shawn Sullivan

I’m Shawn Sullivan, a lifelong resident of the Boston North area who has spent more than half my life immersed in the real estate industry. After many years developing multi-family homes and later owning a successful real estate trust firm specializing in residential development opportunities, I became a REALTOR® 15 years ago.

Today I’m a REALTOR®/Broker Associate with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services of Medford and Stoneham; and The Shawn Sullivan Team that I created in 2015 is considered one of the top-producing teams of real estate experts in the area. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of property buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts, and I’ve built a solid and tested network of mortgage lenders, bankers, attorneys, service people, and other industry professionals. Through this network and along with RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services and the RE/MAX Franchise, my team and I are able to assist those looking to buy or sell properties literally anywhere in the U.S. and in 90+ other countries and territories.
