Born and raised in the small NJ town of "Avon By the Sea" Shawn always had big dreams. Diving into the real estate scene back in 2003 at the ripe age of 23 Shawn purchased his first investment property thus laying the building blocks to his foundation. After successfully rehabbing and bringing to market multiple properties he obtained his real estate license in 2016 & quickly applied his years of challenging work, knowledge, & dedication to helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
