My girlfriend and I were hesitant to enter the housing market as it can be an intimidating process to begin to find a home to have for many years to come. We were recommended to contact Shawn and from the conversation Shawn was kind, extremely informative, and willing to schedule any showing we desired. In addition, he kept us busy by sending us listings that met our criteria as they appeared. When going on tours he helped by making suggestions and pointing things out that only someone who is in the field would pick up on. One of the most important things that he is great at was the numbers. He is very budget conscious and with a Financial background, can paint a fairly accurate picture of what expenses are to come. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a home!

I've known Shawn for a few years and when I decided to buy a new house, I reached out to him to for his help. During our 1st call he took the time to explain to me the home buying process for which I was very grateful. He was quick to return my calls, respond to my emails and schedule viewings for me. During walkthroughs he always made sure to be right by my side to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Shawn was our first choice to help our family sell our home last winter. He met with us almost immediately and I felt like he took the time to research our house and our neighborhood to list the house for the best possible price. Not only did he work diligently to get our house ready, he was also a vital part of buying new construction in the Lehigh Valley. He gladly met us 1.5 hours away from our home to oversee the building of our new home. He made prepping our house as least stressful as possible because he did a thorough walk through. He got professional pictures taken and even set up a very successful open house. Our house received multiple offers within the first weekend on the market. We wouldn’t have survived the very stressful process of selling our house (in a pandemic) without him. I highly recommend him and am proud to call him our realtor and friend!
