Shawna Joyce

I’ve been enthusiastically helping clients buy, build, sell and invest in real estate all around the Twin Cities since 2015. During my tenure as a realtor, I spent a year working for a national builder and learned the ins and outs of new construction. Every real estate transaction is a bit different and I treat each one as if it were my own. I am licensed in WI as well as MN, so I can help you find your next residence or cabin across the river too!

I’ve always had a passion for real estate and education. I earned my BA in geography from St. Cloud State; which means we will rarely get lost when out touring homes :). My minor was travel and tourism, which led me to travel abroad in college; I spent a semester in England and a summer in Guatemala. As an adult, I returned to school to earn my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Mary’s University. Prior to real estate, I worked in the education field teaching both students and adults. My passion for real estate and education pair perfectly; allowing me to educate as well as support my clients through the intricacies of buying and selling real estate. I’ve always enjoyed “homework” so you can count on me to be prepared for our meetings.

I currently live in the west metro with my husband and three awesome kids; ranging in ages from 9 – 17. When I am not out showing homes, you can find me cheering on my children in one of their activities, reading, or running around one of the many lakes in the area.
