Shawna Spaulding

As a proud native of Santa Cruz County for more than 45 years, Shawna is knowledgeable about the various communities that form this wonderful town. Growing up in Santa Cruz, she attended Rio Del Mar and Santa Cruz Gardens Elementary Schools, New Brighton Middle School, and Soquel High School. While earning her teaching credential from San Jose State, she had the pleasure of substituting in schools throughout the county. She later had the pleasure of teaching, full-time, at one of the Santa Cruz schools. Shawna’s extensive personal experience with the local schools, coupled with her in depth knowledge of the community as it has changed over the last three decades, gives her, and you, the advantage over other real estate agents.
