It was an absolute pleasure working with Shay during the 6 month process of our home being built. Shay was always so patient and professional and always responded in a very timely manner (always same day). She kept me informed step by step, as this was my first new construction home. She remained in constant contact with the agent representing the builder and she would inform me of so many things to look for during the new build process. Even when we hit some rough patches in our decision making process, she was so encouraging and supportive! She is extremely knowledgeable and made this process very smooth and stress free. Shay Brunson is awesome! She met me at my house and gave me a thorough presentation including a comparative market analysis, helped me arrive at a listing price, and made suggestions on how to get my home show-ready. She was professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. I received over 20 showings and 10 offers the day after my home was listed. Shay gave me access to app that made everything very easy to manage. She also did an excellent job keeping in touch with buyer's agents and helped me choose the best offer. I closed 30 days later. Shay made selling my home a seamless process and I would definitely list with her again. I highly recommend her to family, friends or anyone looking for an outstanding agent to sell their home
