Wow, what a stress-free experience! When I told Shay I was considering selling, she met with me the next day with a comprehensive analysis of similar properties, a proposed sale price, and a realistic breakdown of exactly what I would net as a seller (which, after closing, I can say was very accurate). From the moment we decided to pull the trigger (Sunday), Shay handled absolutely everything, and she did so quickly! Photographer came Wednesday, listed Friday, and had a cash offer at asking within a few hours, plus a backup over asking shortly thereafter. Shay is incredibly responsive via call, text, and email; as well as savvy, professional, and straightforward. She went above and beyond by interviewing realtors in our destination city and connected us with a great agent. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Shay for any transaction on the Space Coast.

I had to put some thought into this review. Simple words cannot express the gratitude that I have for all the support and understanding that Shay provided to me looking for a place to call home. I moved here from California and did not know how to navigate this competitive market. Shay definitely advocated for me and went the extra mile to help me rent a beautiful home in a very nice part of Palm Bay. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs! She’s the best, I mean it!

A little more than a month ago, my husband and I began our search for an investment property. When we went to see the first property, we were greeted by Shay Taleghani, a realtor® at eXp Realty. Shay was energetic, friendly and extremely easy to work with. Unfortunately, that property did not work out, but we explained to Shay what we were looking for. She was diligent and continued to send properties for us to view. As they say, “the third time is a charm”! After our third property viewing with Shay, we knew this was the one. Shay guided us through the entire process, and was always there to answer a text or phone call if we had a question. We want to give a big shout out, as well as a big Thank You to Shay for all her hard work and for working her magic! We highly recommend Shay and eXp Realty!
