Anyone buying or selling a home needs Shayla in their corner. My husband and I reached out to her just to test the waters and she kicked the doors of possibility wide open for us! Within days, she connected us a rock star loan officer and we were under contract for a beautiful new-build house that's a perfect home for raising our son. When it came time to sell our investment property, she got it under contract within 24 hours at a price I never would have imagined.

As the building process drug on, Shayla's extensive experience in new construction and her deep relationships with her industry colleagues was a critical part of getting us to the closing table within a reasonable time frame and finally getting us into our new home.

Without a doubt, she goes above and beyond for her clients. She is knowledgeable, experienced and tough when she needs to be. My family and I will forever be grateful to the New Home Girl.

Shayla was absolutely amazing! Who would’ve ever thought I would’ve bumped into her randomly walking through a random neighborhood. She has been professional and pleasant from the day I met her in November 2020 until today, the day that i closed! (6/16/2022) I would recommend her for any new home owner that is looking for new construction because she is amazing. She has great rapport with new construction neighborhoods and also was very knowledgeable about different builds that you may not have considered. She listen to everything that I wanted in a house for me and my son and was able to narrow down neighborhoods that she knew that I would like. Even when I switched up my requirements for my home she was patient with me and allowed for me to come to her with the new ramifications that I wanted. My husband and I were referred to Shayla Riley via Mandie Anderson (Money Mandie) with Angel Oak Home Loans. The minute we called, Ms. Riley immediately hit the ground running. We informed her of the characteristics we were looking for in a home as well as our maximum price range. Never once did she hesitate to accommodate our busy schedule that allowed us to meet early mornings, late evenings, and even on Saturday's and Sunday's to view new build properties. She made the process soooo smooth. Not only that, Ms. Riley listed our previous home and we had a good solid competitive contract in less than 2 days.
