Shaynon Gramling

Shaynon Gramling specializes in the sale of commercial and residential real estate in New York City and New Jersey. Mr. Gramling began his career at the end of 2013 after graduating from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. He has gained experience in both real estate sales, as well as property management, including at the world-iconic Empire State Building. Understanding that real estate is a relationship-driven business, Mr. Gramling takes a genuine approach, building life-long friendships with property owners, sellers, buyers and renters.

Mr. Gramling combines his extensive market knowledge with innovative technology in order to provide his clients with the most up-to-date and accurate information, in the most efficient way possible. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York in a city called Geneva, Shaynon has a diverse background. While studying at Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Shaynon traveled and studied abroad in the UK, Spain and France. Mr. Gramling currently resides in Downtown Jersey City, NJ.
