Shea Reeves specializes in residential real estate and works exclusively for home buyers, sellers, relocating clients, and investors. The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. Shea has been licensed to sell real estate in the state of Texas for 10 years and focuses on Fort Worth primarily. Hurst, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Bedford, Keller, Grapevine, Southlake, Westlake, and Colleyville. Shea has listed and sold properties that previously did not sell through various brokers. Shea has located key properties for investors and secured a contract the day the home made it into the MLS system. Reeves has a proven track record of finding properties based on the needs of his clientèle and has often been able to consummate a contract on high demand homes at his first introduction to the client. Shea has a vast knowledge of the market and inventory in the Mid-Cities and surrounding areas since he is a lifetime resident, which is a great asset to his clients.
Reeves has lived in Fort Worth Texas for over 40 years. He has been happily married to an outstanding woman and educator for 14 years. Shea's wife, Katrina, was named Birdville ISD's Teacher of the Year in 2012 out of several thousand educators. Shea and Katrina have a daughter on the way and one son, Ryder Reeves, who is active in piano, golf, choir, and academics. Ryder is enrolled in the Spanish Immersion "Schools of Choice" program through HEB ISD and is a proud member of the First Tee of Fort Worth's Golf and Development program. In Shea's free time, you will find him playing golf and enjoying time in travel and fun with his family.
