Sheena is the best in the Shawnee and surrounding area. We have worked with her to buy and sell our first and second houses! We have recommended her to family and friends and she always does an impeccable job! She is friendly and very knowledgeable in her craft. Home buying can be confusing and stressful but she makes it a breeze, always explains and answers any questions that come up. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

In the month of April, my husband put our 3 dogs (15#, 25#, & 110#) in our Jeep Compass and headed east to look for a home to retire. This was a 7 state/20 day journey. (Yes, We still love each other).
We encountered agents who didn't have time for us (we understand we were doing things last minute). There were agents who were indifferent and sent listing that did not match our parameters. Don't get me wrong, there were some good agents too. It was a Sunday, the last day of our journey. We pulled Into Shawnee, mid afternoon. We called Sheena. She was cheerful, and available. Without delay, we mer her at the house we were interested in. We put her in the position of representing both the seller and us, the buyers. We are very happy with her services. She was ethical, and up-front in her position. As icing on the cake, our mortgage broker mentioned that she was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She represents BHHS Benchmark Realty well. She is an excellent realtor.
