Shehannie is passionate about making her clients’ dreams a reality in all things real estate. Originally from Southern California, she is now a proud resident of DeKalb County and is very familiar with many parts of metro Atlanta.
Before she began her real estate career, Shehannie graduated from Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Facility Management through the School of Business and Industry, and School of Architecture. Upon graduating, Shehannie spent time working with clients in sales and telecommunications.
Specializing in new construction sales, working with investors, and first-time home buyers, Shehannie enjoys collaborating with clients and customers of various backgrounds to meet their property ownership needs. Shehannie joined eXp Realty as a real estate advisor to carry out her passion for being of service to others. She loves the endless possibilities in real estate and that there are no limits to growing personally and professionally.
When Shehannie is not in the office, she spends time with her 3-year-old daughter, trying out new recipes in the kitchen or going for a joy ride on her motorcycle. She also speaks some Spanish by heritage and some Portuguese from her time in Brazil.
