I knew what I wanted and knew my price rang Period. After starting the search the market started to turn and as soon as a property that matched my requirements would come avaiilable it would have an offer on it. One of the first properties that Sheila showed was exactly what I wanted and I made an offer. The owner was asking an elevated price and would not budge. As we looked over the following months Sheila kept an eye on that particular property and it was not moving the owner would not accept anything other than her price. Sheila suggested that we make another attempt after several months had gone by and Sheila was right and both the owner and I where negotiating and I now have the house that I was looking for. Sheila’s persistence and work ethic for her client produced a home that I will live in until I turn it over to my children. I was referred to Sheila by a couple of friends from work who were also first time home buyers she had helped. I was looking for a realtor that could guide me through the process without pressuring me into making a decision until I was ready. We looked at houses for while, and then I decided I wanted to wait. I kind of felt bad about this because she had spent considerable time showing me listings, but she was totally OK with it and supported my decision, which I really appreciated it. Two years went by until I was ready to start seriously looking again. When I called her up she not only remembered me, but also remembered my price range and the neighborhoods I was interested in. I was blown away! When the right place came along, she did a great job answering all my questions (I had a lot of questions), which really helped to ease my nerves. She was a very good negotiator on my behalf and got me into a home in a neighborhood that I thought was out of my price range. She also referred me to a mortgage broker and insurance company which gave me great deals. I did a lot of comparison shopping on my own and could not find anybody that could beat them.
