Here's why:

short answer - she truly cares about her clients and will not stop doing everything she can to find what YOU want.

1. Sheila helped us buy our dream home, in a market segment that is fairly high demand and low supply.

2. She tirelessly gives her time to make sure YOU get showings right away and offers in right after that. No time to lose when trying to be a competitive buyer.

3. She cares about YOU. We were told multiple times by Sheila "don't settle for a good house when it's not the perfect house you want." This is her livelihood and she encouraged us to wait for the perfect home (the one we just bought) rather than tell us to settle and get paid.

4. She's good. She aggressive. She gets things done. She knows the market and she plays the game perfectly.

If this hasn't convinced you to at least give her a call then I don't know what will. She's been in contact with our family since close, checking in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. And that ties back to the short answer. SHEILA CARES.

We can wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Sheila Cohoon. She went way above and beyond what could be expected from a qualified realtor. She knew the market, followed every aspect of the sale from initial listing to closing with professionalism. We had a very difficult situation, selling a home in Capac Michigan, part of an estate, while we lived in Georgia and were unable to travel. From initial contact, taking detailed pictures, researching comps, working with Probate Attorney and doing everything to assist us as we put the property on the market she was terrific. She drove to the property often, following the sale status throughout the process. Not sure how we would have done it without her!. She worked effectively with buyer agents. It was a difficult situation with a tenant where she was extraordinarily helpful in getting the tenant to leave, doing so in such a way that the tenant even told me she would recommend her as well for her professional quality work. We have sold homes and property multiple times around the country and she was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful realtor we have worked with. Her help and guidance and support were critical to the sale.

Sheila took very good care of the sale of our house. She helped us prep the house for sale in terms of curb appeal, repairs, and pricing. We received multiple offers and sold for full price. The sale happened faster than we expected considering we were selling during the Christmas season. Sheila kept in regular contact, shared other agent's feedback, and managed the entire process expertly.

We were even out of town at closing time and she arranged for us to do our part remotely.

Wow, Sheila did a Fantastic job selling our Fathers home to help finalize his estate. From beginning to end, she did an amazing job!! Professional photography, Drone footage, Virtual Tour, and once it hit the Real Estate Listing, we had 30 showings, and 7 offers in just 3 days. She also worked extensively to ensure the offer we accepted didn't fall through because the buyers lender almost couldn't complete the mortgage. What separates Sheila from other real estate agents is she has worked with marketing ideas and materials for many years. She is very skilled in creating the material and coming up with her own ideas.
