Sheila specializes in residential real estate throughout Northern California, handling many types of transactions including trusts, probate, 1031 exchanges, land, manufactured homes, short sales, bank owned property and traditional equity transactions.

Having been born and raised in the Bay Area, she embraces the traditions and lifestyle of California and the Bay Area. She began her real estate career in 1979, obtaining her Brokers license in 1988. She is a Seniors Real Estate Special (SRES), am ePRO certified and have obtained my CDPE certification (Certified Distress Property Expert) enabling her to successfully work with distressed homeowners. She holds memberships in both the California and National Associations of Realtors.
