Sheila Grigar

Sheila Grigar was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. She graduated from Northbrook High School in West Houston. She attended College of the Mainland in Texas City.

Sheila began a career in Industrial Sales and remained at the company for the next 25 years. After she and her husband relocated back to her roots in the Weimar area of Colorado County, Sheila decided to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed Realtor.

After obtaining her license, Sheila wanted to use her love of decorating to further benefit her clients. She earned her Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation, which is a proven technique to get a home sold in the quickest amount of time for the most amount of money.

Sheila worked as an agent in Weimar for the next 12 years specializing in selling farm and ranch, residential, and commercial properties. During that time, Sheila was very active in the community and served for several years as a Director on the Weimar Chamber of Commerce. Sheila is currently a member of the Weimar Garden Club and VFW Auxiliary.

In 2009 Sheila became a small business owner when she purchased a garden/gift center in the Weimar area. It was a great experience and during that period of ownership she met many wonderful people.

In 2014, she obtained her Individual Brokers License and is working as a Broker Associate. With Sheila, clients are afforded a knowledgeable professional agent in the buying and selling of their properties and of the local community.

Her attention to detail will make the buying and selling process a great experience.
