About Sheila

Sheila loves real estate and she can't believe she has been in the business for over 20 years! Having started out as an agent in the suburbs of Chicago, she moved to DC 15 years ago and was thrilled to discover the many vibrant neighborhoods the District has to offer. As an agent, her favorite part of the job was finding a home that perfectly matched her client's personality and needs. She went on to open her own brokerage and until recently, ran one of the largest female-owned brokerages in the DMV. The experience of managing 45 was an incredible learning opportunity. She became involved in their sales and truly saw the good, the bad and the ugly of this business. Her goal was to help them minimize any bad experience and create a seamless transaction for their clients. The knowledge she gained was invaluable. After 12 years she realized she was ready to return to her true love--helping buyers and sellers. She is so excited to be joining her close friend and amazing business partner, Craig Cobine, as the other half of The Sheila and Craig Group. They share a rather obsessive need to provide the ultimate client experience!
