Sheila B. Hood has been licensed in Maryland since 1993. She is currently a Full-Time Agent at Fathom Realty Maryland. She is the Team Leader on The Elite Neighbor-HOOD Team, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. She is a “Retired Banker” with over 36 years in the financial industry. The last position she held was as a Vice President/Director of Internal Audit. She held numerous positions in management where she supervised, coached, trained, counseled and rewarded employees at all levels. Her Auditing experience included reviewing Mortgage Companies/Departments files and documents to ensure they followed all State & Federal rules and regulations.
