Born and raised in Oakland, Sheila has spent the greater part of her life in Montclair, and now enjoys living with her family—her husband and their two very busy teenagers—just minutes from Montclair Village. She has long-term and firsthand knowledge of the community, the ebb and flow of its daily life, and what it offers people fortunate to live here.
