I began selling real estate in 2005, and since then I have sold over 125 properties by referral only. I have attained all the primary Real Estate designations through continually taking CE credits to better my service for you, including the CRS-Council of Residential Specialist designation, of which only 5-10% of all agents belong. I provide a Stager and Professional Photographer with Drone capabilities to market your home, as well as a team of colleagues at our 6 offices around town to assist us at anytime.
For Buyers, I will research your areas of interest and offer you all the sales comparisons for it. And personally be with you every step of the way until closing. Prior to being a Realtor, I graduated from FSU, with a degree in Social Work, where I worked for the Archdiocese of Miami and then became a Medical Social Worker in Miami Shores. From there I became a Flight Attendant with Eastern Airlines, you remember the Wings of Man?? After it sadly folded, I raised our 3 children and became very involved with volunteer activities at our local schools and church. I also became an avid tennis player for ALTA, and USTA, even trying my hand as a Coordinator for awhile, until Real Estate had to come before that. But I still play as often as I can on a few neighborhood leagues and have met some of my best friends and clients along the way.
