More than 15 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage, land development and project development
analysis. As a principal and as an agent, I have been involved in leasing and marketing existing and proposed
development projects including proposed owner-user commercial and office facilities located throughout Utah and
Salt Lake Counties. I have negotiated with government leaders, businesses, special interest representatives and
various service providers to gain support for new projects and eliminate obstacles. I have managed the feasibility
review process for many proposed commercial and residential developments.
