09/10/2011 - klmendo Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Spring, TX. Sheila is the very best thing that could have happened to me when the time came that I decided I wanted to purchase a home of my own. I am a first time home buyer and had very little knowledge of the homebuying process and what it would entail. But SHEILA WAS AND HAS CONTINUED TO BE THERE FOR ME EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY - without exception. I had so many questions from day 1 and Sheila ALWAYS helped me to understand better and feel comfortable with the entire process. She was patient with me and advised me that she wanted to be 100% sure I understood and was comfortable with all details - as I should be. And she went through all with me, each time a new step was taken... slowly and patiently until I fully understood. Thank you so very much for that, Sheila. When so many others would have just barreled through the information and details too quickly without regard to comprehension level of their client, Sheila took her time and helped me in a way that turned something that I saw as quite scary into a comfortable process because I knew that I had her. That was really all it took for me. Sheila is a go-getter. An A1, Top Notch, ABSOLUTELY DYNAMITE Realtor. She made it perfectly clear that it didn't matter how long it took or how many houses I wanted to see or what little details I couldn't live with or without... she was there for me forever and we wouldn't settle until I found exactly what I wanted and the home that was perfect for myself and my family. She handled all correspondence and communications and was extremely timely with obtaining and sharing all important and/or relevant information. Very thorough and detailed as well. On a personal level, I quickly grew to love Sheila. She has a special place in my heart because of her kindness, devotion, helpfulness and determination. I love her like a second mother and I know that is because that's how much she cared about my family and me. She truly and sincerely loves people and sets out to do what's right for them. As a matter of fact, now that I have found and purchased my home (which I LOVE) and no longer have to go house hunting... I miss seeing her a great deal. Sheila possesses a true blue devotion that cannot be matched. I would NEVER chose any other Realtor before Sheila. She will always be the one I turn to for any Real Estate needs (ranging all the way from buying or selling, investing, monetary questions like insurance, equity, and anything and everything related at all to my home). Sheila has made it perfectly clear to me that even though I have completed my home purchase, I am still her concern and I am to contact her anytime with any help that I may need. And I have... and she is ALWAYS there for me. :-) Sheila O'Bannon cannot be beat! I cannot say enough about her to express how TERRIFIC she is across the board. I trust her fully because she has earned that trust in many ways. To chose Sheila O'Bannon as your Realtor is to do yourself a GRAND FAVOR! 11/05/2012 - 3886 Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Spring, TX. Valery did a wonderful job. We highly reccomended her to 2 of our friends and they are both very happy as well. We were living in Wyoming when we were purchsing the house and Val was great at scheduling everything when we were in town. Also zeroed in on what we were looking for quickly. Val even came to our house before we moved in to direct painting and carpet getting laid while we were in Wyoming. Above and beyond!!

09/01/2011 - homeowner117 Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Spring, TX. Shelia O'Bannon was referred to us by some friends and we were extremely happy with her work! In June of 2010, my husband and I decided we were tired of throwing our money away on rent. We started looking at real estate in the Memorial area as we wanted to keep the kids in the school district. Shelia showed us several options using the specifics we were looking for in that area. However, we were frustrated at the price and size of the properties that were in our price range. At this time, Shelia suggested we head out to the suburbs. Since my husband and I work, Shelia arranged for us to view multiple properties after work and on the weekends. The relationship she had with other agents was amazing! Those relationships were reflected in how accommodating they were to our needs. In August of 2010 we moved into our first home! We went from a 1,200 sq. ft. apartment to a 3,000 sq. ft. home.
