Sheila and her team helped make our house purchase a success. We were not in a rush to buy, but knew if we found our dream house, we would have to coordinate a lot of moving pieces in order to make the purchase happen. To upsize, we knew we would need a quick turnaround on the sale of our current house. After we had our offer accepted on a house we loved, Sheila immediately listed our old house and we had multiple offers within a week... and above asking price! Sheila and her team helped us strategize to make a competitive offer and sell our old house quickly so financing and logistics were not an issue. Tasha showed us many houses and was very flexible so we never missed seeing a house we were interested in. Buying or selling a home, especially in the current market, can be a very stressful experience. Sheila was exceptional at taking the stress away from us during the whole process. We sold a home in another state which she helped us find a realtor for. While we waited for our other house to be sold, she helped get us set up monitoring for new homes, getting finances in order, and helped us start a list of what we really wanted to find in our new home. Once we were set, she took us out showing houses whenever we found one we wanted to look at. I chose Sheila after interviewing four other VERY qualified realtors. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do because they seemed to be equally qualified. I chose Sheila, in the end, because of her quiet, competent manner She was confident in a quiet way. She didn't gush over the house, but made practical suggestions for improving sale appeal and complemented, appropriately, those positive aspects of the house. She worked with me as I fixed some sudden surprises with the house and timed the date for going on the market appropriately. The first day it was active there were four showings and the next day I had one offer that met my asking price. Several days later, I had a second offer of more than the asking price but involved more preparation for closing. Sheila and her staff managed EVERY detail efficiently and handled various situations that required fixing. She negotiated with the buyer over several issues and we came to mutually acceptable solutions. I closed on the house within a little more than three a weeks of placing the house on the market.

Amazing realtor. I had to sell a house from across the country, she provided assistance to me in even getting the home ready for sale. She recommended a handyman who was able to clean the place after the renters left it needing repainting and major cleaning. I didn't have to fly to Virginia to complete any paper work, she sent it to me. She communicates and is very respectful. When asked her opinion, she provides the pros and cons. Put my house on the market in January, within 7 days I had several offers. I accepted one. Was set to close February and just 2 days before closing we were told there was a problem and we couldn't close.
