It is also one of the biggest and most important investments. She takes them step by step starting with searching, making an offer, negotiating terms, financing, inspecting and closing on their new home. Also, she can help them step by step to sell their home and get the most out of the experience with ease.

She is a native Hoosier. She grew up in the Mooresville area and God has blessed her with 2 children and 1 grandchild. Sheila looks forward to serving them as well as, her pleasure to work with them and for them to find their dream home.
