Initially, I was hesitant about using a realtor again because of a previous bad experience. Shelia immediately rolled up her sleeves, became very proactive, and she came through like you can’t believe. Not only were there numerous showings almost immediately, she provided assistance every step of the way, never made me feel that my numerous inquiries were ridiculous and answered questions in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend her to others. As we speak, I am utilizing Strong Realty Properties in locating a home for myself. Her assistant, Holly has also proven herself to be a proactive tenacious.go-getter and has addressed every one of my concerns in a timely manner as well. Strong Properties does an excellent job of maintaining a clean, well appointed and professional atmosphere, serving a variety of businesses and constituencies. I had a wonderful experience as a tenant there for my first year and a half operating post-covid, and highly commend Strong Properties for their service to small businesses in Kalamazoo.

We are their first tenant at their building. Since we've been there, they have been more than fair with us, kind, courteous and understanding when it comes to rent payments. A few times we have been late with rent due to the state of Michigan being behind. They have not hassled us about it. They have made sure to keep the lines of communication open which takes the stress off.
