When the lot behind my house went for sale she was the only agent I considered and called her to see if she did lots as well. She did, of course. And that went swimmingly as well.

As a new homebuyer, I wasn't sure what to expect of the home buying process. Sheila worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I understood what I can expect of the housing market and the processes involved in buying a home. She assisted me in finding a trustworthy mortgage company and law firm to cover all the closing paperwork. She was great to work with and she could easily be reached if I had any questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about what should be done to make an attractive offer, and always made sure that I new my options.
