We used Sheila & Co when purchasing a new home from out of state. Both she and Art were very patient with us while traveling back and forth across the state of Maryland to find the right home for our family. We definitely logged many miles and many hours during our search.

Our right home was not yet on the market, but she managed to get the pictures from the selling agent early. She then worked with us to craft terms of a contract that would be competitive and meet our needs. From there she was always available and informative about the next steps in our home buying journey. She connects you with her transactions team once the contract is agreed upon, but Sheila always makes herself available to answer any questions and is copied on every email so she knows exactly where you are in the process.

The entire team, including Sheila was extremely attentive from the first call discussing our want/must have list, throughout the search process (being flexible with our toddlers schedule :), to closing on our new home. I used Sheila & Company to sell my condo in Old Town Alexandria. Sheila was very prompt and responsive in setting up the initial consultation and after discussing strategies on the sell, quickly listed the property. I was extremely pleased that even though it wasn't a prime market (during winter) we were able to sell the property for a price higher than listing. Sheila took care of everything from staging the home (which received very good feedback from numerous potential buyers) to hosting open houses. Sheila also utilized technology extremely well to assist with the sales process.
