I live in South Florida and made the decision to move to South Carolina to be closer to my son and his family. My husband and I have been in South Florida for nearly 30 years, so for us, this was a big endeavor.
We have bought and sold numerous homes through the years, and have worked with many realtors, some good, some mediocre.

I was referred to Shelby Richards through EXP Realty. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone, I had a hunch that this was going to be a good working relationship. Through the numerous phone calls, texts and emails, I finally made the trip to South Carolina to look at homes to hopefully make a purchase. Her sense of “getting me” was pretty amazing, and she took me to view homes that pretty much were in line with what I was looking for. However, for one reason or another, (HOA with pet limits, backyards with deep slopes, etc.) none panned out and I was down to my last day with one house to view. Miraculously, she found an additional house that I am closing on today. She was an incredible advocate for us, dealing with a builder’s realtor with a stubborn streak (to say the least). Shelby is not only an incredible realtor, but an amazing woman, with a calm, responsive, friendly demeanor and an exceptional work ethic who gets it done. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to her in making this difficult move so much smoother on this end.
Shelby is an excellent realtor, and anyone using her services and expertise should be proud to have her represent you in finding your new home.
