Shelby is the exact real estate agent you need in this crazy housing market. Her passion and energy combined with a will to get the job done no matter how long it takes paid off for us big time. Shelby guided us to the perfect bid to win the home of our dreams and after a month of living in it, we are 100% happy with this win. We were so impressed with Shelby, we asked her to sell our old home for us, and she delivered there as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelby, who I now consider a friend. I highly recommend Shelby for all your real estate needs.

Shelby is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with. She made me comfortable from the start and didn't ask me to sign any funky contract ( I know most realtors do). She regularly kept updating me with all the info I needed ( new homes on market, relative offer strength). She went above and beyond many times, she accompanied me to model homes and worked with me at my odd schedule. It was actually like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for me. She really cares about her clients as well as the community. She is my realtor for life. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase/sell a home, you won’t regret it.

Shelby is what I refer to as the bomb.com
My fiancé & I being first time home buyers, we had no clue where to start or what to expect. I submitted a request to view a property & Shelby reached out immediately. She has been open & honest from our first initial conversation.
We have spent many Friday nights viewing many different condos. Shelby has always been genuine & honest about her thoughts, concerns, and previous experiences. She is someone we fully trust, I wish we could afford to purchase more homes just to continue working with her.
She is incredibly thoughtful & always puts her clients best interest at heart. When we found the perfect home, (Saturday at 8am) she reached out to the listing agent immediately after we left. We had an offer submitted and accepted within 72 hours of the listing being posted. She literally pulled off from her commute, to a Popeyes just to have access to Wi-Fi immediately so she could write our offer out.
Shelby is not just a realtor, she’s now a friend and a part of the chapter we’re beginning here in our new home.

Shelby is incredible! As a first time homebuyer, I had so many questions even though I *thought* I had done my research. Shelby was always there to answer my questions. She was easy to get ahold of via email or phone when time was of the essence (putting in offers, during closing, etc.).I learned during this process that there are so many steps to buying a home and each one can present little curveballs and dilemmas. Whenever I suddenly found myself having to make a decision on the clock, Shelby was right there letting me know what my options were and ready to go to work setting things in motion once I made my decision. I really felt like Shelby was in my corner, excited when I was excited about a house and taking notes about why I didn't like some of the houses we visited. She really goes above and beyond when it comes to making the home buying process manageable. Another bonus of working with Shelby is she has SO many great connections, like contractors and inspectors who were also really helpful answering my questions about my new home. I literally would not have been successful in buying a home without Shelby's help and I'm definitely using her services again if this house doesn't end up being my forever home.

We were looking to sell our home and we were given her information by someone we trust who highly recommended her. As everyone knows, houses move fast now. Our place needed a bit of work, but we were also given an offer from Redfin. Shelby recommended we take it because it was a great offer even though she would lose out on the commission.

She was incredibly responsive by sending us new listings multiple times a day and setting up showings so we could tour the home quickly and put an offer in if needed. In addition, she would conduct a price analysis with each home to help us have all the necessary data to make an informed decision.

When we finally put an offer on a house, she managed to somehow get the sellers to accept a VA loan, UNDER market value, with a contingency and in this market that is often unheard of.

She sent numerous gifts and even boxes/tape to help us prefer to move which came in handy because we clearly underestimated the amount we needed.

The lender we were using told us that they needed 30 days to close, and the sellers said we had to close in 21 days. Within an hour, Shelby had us set up with a new lender who could not only close in 21 days but had lower fees and got us a 2.5% rate which was lower than the original rate.

She gave us some movers she recommended who were incredible and moved everything out of our townhome, drove to the new place, and unloaded everything in 5 hours. They moved so fast we almost had to delay them moving everything in because we were doing the final paperwork and finished just as they arrived

Even though we waived inspection she negotiated with the sellers to allow us to do one for informational purposes which let us know what issues we had. I was out of town when the inspection happened, but she made sure to attend and the inspector met with me after we moved in to show me everything that he found. In addition, due to having a VA loan we had to have a railing installed last minute. I found out at 10 am in the morning and in less than 24 hours the railing was installed, and she handled everything.

The entire process was seamless and shockingly low stress. I cannot stress enough how much Shelby helped. It took 45 days for us to sell our old home and to officially move into the next one. She was polite, professional, available, and had a contact to address any issues that were out of her control. If you are buying or selling a new home you really need to use Shelby as your realtor.

Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. We knew we needed someone who was knowledgeable about the housing market, dependable and had our best interest in mind. Shelby truly did not disappoint and surpassed every expectation we had for a real estate agent.

Shelby was there for us above and beyond through the whole process start to finish… any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. She is hard working, honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off us.

Our ‘timeline’ was a bit unknown and then we found ‘the one’ and Shelby was heads down doing everything possible for us and we ended up in a bidding war. She walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting techniques that landed us the house! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shelby.

Working with Shelby was a great experience from start to finish! I met her at the open house for the listing that what would eventually become my husband and I's first family home (and I am so happy I did). As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable with her guiding me through the process —she is a straight shooter that is very knowledgeable, she explained everything to me clearly and was there to answer any questions and address any concerns through the entire process. We recently purchased a home and Shelby was our realtor. She is one of the hardest working people I know, she is essentially never “off the clock”. She was available to me at all times and made me feel like we were her only client. If we ever asked her a question that she didn’t immediately have an answer for, she would find the answer get back to me very quickly. We told her what we wanted (size, location, price) and she made it happen. Never any pressure to buy something else, she simply listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I strongly recommend Shelby and would absolutely use her again.

What can I say about Shelby...She is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to buying a home. She is truly a master at what she does. She goes above and beyond in trying to find the perfect home for your needs and wants. She works tirelessly in order to help you feel at ease with the entire process. And I think the best part about Shelby is that she is completely open and honest with how she feels about properties and whether or not it would be a good fit. Shelby was phenomenal at finding me a place that literally met all my needs. She was very flexible with her time and was very responsive every time I had a question or an inquiry, she had an answer for me. She was very professional and very patient with all of the specifics I was asking for. I told her the number one thing with me was to be honest and she was completely, throughout the whole process. She worked until late at night and early in the morning with me to find my dream house. There is only five stars but this woman’s hard work and. dedication to her work, and customer service deserves seven! I would recommend her one million times to anyone in any area. I cannot say enough great things about Shelby. We let her know immediately that we were in a time crunch and she set up many showings as well as setting up web based listings for us to review.
Shelby responded very quickly to our texts and calls since we were nervous about our timeline on finding a place. She worked with other realtors when we had questions about prospective properties and let us know immediately on the status.
I would highly reccomend her! It was a great stress free experience!

Shelby played college basketball for me at Bucknell University. She was an all-league player and one of the best to ever put the Bison uniform on. She was obviously talented, but still in 17 years of college coaching I don't know that I have ever coached a harder worker or anyone that took more pride in what she did.
Her teammates loved her, our administrators held her in the highest regard and the Bucknell fan base adored her. I always knew she was going to be a superstar in whatever career she chose; using Shelby for your real estate needs would be a slam dunk and ensure you had the best teammate possible during the process.

I spent several years with Shelby chasing an audacious goal, running a marathon at a pace that seemed crazy when we admitted the goal with our out-loud voices. The character traits she brought to that experience are the same reasons I’d use her as my realtor. She showed up at crazy hours (morning workouts starting with a 4!), always worked super hard, and smiled at the start and the finish. She studied what it took to succeed and did those things diligently. She listened intensely. If a big wall was erected in front of us, she found a way to go around it, never wavering on the ultimate goal. She’ll find you the house you want or find the right buyer for the one you wish to sell, and you’ll have fun along the way!
