About Sheldon

Sheldon‘s family moved from the Bay Area to Tahoe for quality of life and he’s loved living here ever since. A graduate of Tahoe-Truckee High School and former FWSA downhill ski racer on the Lake Tahoe Ski Team, he earned a BA in Music from CA State University, Chico.

Sheldon started his real estate career in 1986 as a rental agent and moved to real estate sales in 1990. For close to 30 years, he’s been a real estate specialist, notably an expert in the Northstar market and other high-end developments.

He loves fly-fishing, camping, golf, skiing, and loves to play his guitars and sing, having been a part-time professional musician here since the age of 16!
