Sheldon is an excellent agent, for both buying and selling, and our experience selling with Sheldon could not have been better. He coached us on home upgrades years in advance of our sale, brought in his trusted team for touch ups and enhancements prior to the sale, did a great job with strategy, marketing and execution. Above all, Sheldon was very patient with all of our questions and answered them all - via text, call or in person. Bottom line - selling a house is stressful and emotional. I’ve worked with Sheldon twice over the last three years. The first time, he helped me find tenants to rent out our condo in SF. He was incredible at advertising the place, finding tenants, and then completing all the necessary paperwork to get them into the unit in record time. The second time we worked together was an even better experience. We decided to sell our condo when our tenants moved out - the challenge: we needed to sell the condo in less than 4 weeks. Sheldon was fantastic to work with…he didn’t shy away from the challenge of having to close an all-cash deal in time! He got photos taken of the unit, advertised the place, and got us multiple all-cash offers. He negotiated to get us an above than list price offer that we accepted and closed AHEAD of schedule. Through both experiences, Sheldon was a great communicator and was thoroughly organized. He was able to help get handymen, painters, inspections, etc. all done without any hassle to me…and really made the experience of working with him so pleasant! I wish there was a 6-star rating possible, as he deserves more than 5 stars for sure. I highly recommend Sheldon and he’ll be the first person I call for my next transaction.

We have worked with Sheldon to buy our starter home, and then sell that home and buy a larger one as our family expanded, and finally sell that one when we had to move across the country. We could not have had a better experience. I have recommended him to everyone I know who is buying or selling a house. On the buying side: he is super responsive and enthusiastic, and provides feedback and guidance without being pushy and without imposing his own preferences as we figured out what we wanted and what we were comfortable offering. He put up with our challenging schedule and ferried us around to house after house until we found the right one, and then helped us put together competitive offers that were accepted.

On the selling side: he took care of everything, and did it well. We sold our second home from across the country so weren't able to be around, but felt totally comfortable leaving Sheldon in charge of getting the house ready, drumming up interest, showing the house, and coordinating offers. He put a lot of thought and analysis into setting a listing price, and for both houses we were incredibly happy with the outcome.

In working with a realtor, you end up spending a lot of time with that person, and Sheldon became a friend very quickly. He is a lot of fun to be around and made all parts of this process - which can be intense and stressful in the Bay Area - much more bearable and even enjoyable. Would very enthusiastically recommend working with Sheldon!!

I have been around construction/real estate in the SF Bay Area my whole life as my dad and granddad were builders in this area and can say unequivocally that Sheldon is among the very best realtors that I have ever worked. His advice was not only professionally sound and timely as my wife and I sold our first family home and acquired our forever home it was great boon of confidence to that we as a team-my wife, I and Sheldon-would surmount all the obstacles (Covid time home inspections when we would rotate looking at inside of houses with entertaining my two elementary school daughters outside, appraisals, repairs, financing, etc.) that stood between the fantasy and reality of our forever home. If he hadn’t helped us into our forever home, my wife and I would work with Sheldon in a heartbeat.
