After earning an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology and spending 10+ years in the electrical field, I can walk into a home and spot red flags others miss. I’ll point out potential issues, explain what they mean, and give you a realistic idea of repair costs—so you can negotiate from a position of strength.
