I am so very appreciative of Shelley's hard work and diligence in getting my house sold quickly. She made some suggestions regarding some small, inexpensive home improvements that brightened up the house and we had a full price offer within 4 days!

In the meantime, Shelley submitted a contract on a house that I wanted to purchase. Our timeline, to ensure that everything would fall into place on time, was very short.

By staying in constant contact with ALL parties involved in both transactions, she ensured that everyone walked away happy and with a new place to call home.

I would highly recommend Shelley Hardee to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Or both!
