Dominick began his career in Michigan as an Operations Manager and Mortgage Planner at a high-volume brokerage, where he spent a decade honing his skills in finance, negotiation, and strategic planning. He later transitioned into real estate, building on his 15 years of experience as an agent and broker associate. His earlier background as owner of a tile and marble company serving luxury clients adds another layer of expertise. Today, he specializes in helping second home buyers here in Florida along with investors grow portfolios of income-producing single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties.
