About Shelley

Knowing Shelley Park Cluff’s personality helps to understand her drive. A former Detroit Women’s Rugby Club National Championship Rugby player and a Level III certified Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor, she is best described as fiery and determined in both work and play. A mother of one daughter and multiple rescue pets, Shelley opened Park Place Homes Real Estate in 2008, where she put her fierce negotiating skills to work for her clients. Shelley is committed to her community and has been the Midland Board of Realtors President for 2020/2021, as well as two other times in the past. Shelley was voted REALTOR® of the Year, by her realtor peers, in 2003, 2012, and 2016 and has also been credited with The Greatest of the Great Lakes Bay Best Realtor both in 2014 and 2016, with Park Place Homes receiving best Real Estate Office in 2015.

The move to NextHome Park Place Homes Group began as the pandemic began. It was time to bring something to the community that reached beyond their small, successful group.
