Why do we tip some people more than others? Why do we share our positive experiences? Why do we choose to work with certain people over and over again? These questions are at the heart of my goal as a REALTOR®. I believe the answer is because a connection was made, competence was proven, confidence was instilled, and an overall positive memory was made. “Exceptional service to exceptional clients” has always been my goal in Real Estate. I continually strive to be the most competent and informed Broker Associate, REALTOR® in my market. I handle each customer uniquely according to their needs and provide a positive memorable experience for them. Being in the business since I was first licensed as a real estate agent in Florida in 1996, I have seen many changes in our industry. Now as a Broker Associate, REALTOR®, I abide by and am held to a code of ethics that sets me above others in the real estate industry. For most, owning a home is one of the greatest dreams in life. And each customer has specific needs and desires unique to their stage in life and dreams for the future. My goal is to help them fulfill those dreams, whether buying or selling a home. I take pride in providing my services with honesty and integrity in every interaction. My job as your personal Broker Associate, REALTOR®, is to listen to your needs, inform you about the market, set your expectations appropriately, negotiate a price you are happy with, and provide a successful closing, all in the most efficient and stress-free way possible.
