Shelley is a Madison native from the far Eastside who graduated from UW Madison with a BS in Early Childhood Education. She spent almost 18 years as the Administrator/Director at Dane County's largest preschool and daycare. In 1997 she got her real estate license and began working real estate part time with her then husband. In 2001 Shelley accepted a full-time position with Gorman & Company Inc and had an exciting 11-year career working for a developer selling brand new construction. After selling herself out of a job, Shelley made a GREAT decision and joined Bunbury & Associates Realtors Middleton Office in 2012 and has been a Top Producer every year.
Shelley loves collaborating with both Buyers and Sellers and consistently goes the extra mile surpassing her clients' expectations. Thanks to raising three daughters, Shelley has superb negotiation and communication skills. She is also knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, driven, and so very hard working... but at the end of the day, Shelley really just values and enjoys the satisfaction and appreciation she receives from her wonderful clients.
Outside of real estate, Shelley loves to spend time with her retired husband Tim and their blended family of 5 pretty amazing adult children and 2 grandchildren. They balance their time between homes in Hawks Landing and Chandler, AZ.
Shelley sponsors underprivileged children and their families every year at my church, so they have items like new backpacks, pajamas, books, coats, boots, hats, mittens, and groceries. She also volunteers for various local organizations in both Madison and Chandler whenever possible. Shelley is a huge fan of Badger Football and Basketball and never misses a home game. Hobby wise, she loves to travel, sew, walk, and work out.
