Shellie Tucker

Shellie is a life-long resident of Hendersonville and Sumner County. She has "grown-up" in the real estate office as her parents, Huburt and Linda Young, started One Stop Realty in 1974. Her parents are now retired, but she is now a 17 year veteran of real estate industry herself and with her husband Bob, they make up the new Spouses Selling Houses.

Shellie believes it is important to keep informed of the ever-changing industry. She is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). She was also recently elected to the Sumner Association of Realtors Board of Directors. This will allow her to keep even more in-tune with the details of the real estate industry.

Service to the community is important to Shellie and Bob. "It's not just the right thing to do, it's a foundation of what makes this a great community. We live in a community where neighbors help neighbors." The Sumner Association of Realtors have awarded Shellie the Good Neighbor Award twice for outstanding community service. She loves to work with her church, Boy Scouts of America, Hendersonville High School Dugout Club, coordinating food and toy drives to mention a few.
